Talk to Ayame, after accepting the mission go to the Streaming Sheep in Port Bastok for further instructions.
Speak with Ranpi-Pappi outside the tavern for orders to 'investimigate' Movalpolos and 'aquiremirize' unusual moblin items.
Proceed to Oldtown Movalpolos and head to K-10 to speak with Brakobrik.
Bring him 1-4 Pinches of hoardy bomb ash, he will give you a key item 'an old nametag'
Go back to Ranpi-Pappi for a cutscene. You will be told to seek out Pavvke, likely a miner from Bastok.
Then head to Bastok Mines (I-7 on Ore Street) and talk to Pavvke
