You need Moblin Hotrok which is dropped off Moblin Ashman near the switches in Oldton Movopolis Head to Port San, and talk to Antreneau He'll tell you to meet his Uncle Louverance, in person, in Uleguerand Range, near the Thousandfall Ridge. Some of the mobs have True Sight so be careful. Once at the top of the ridge you need to slide down the slope and drop to the ledge on the left.. there are 3 ledges. Proceed into cave and you will find a ??? trade hotrok to it. Talk to Altiret at I-8 in Port San d'Oria. Talk to her again to retrieve an item you will need later as proof. Go to West Ronfaure talk to NPC's on the way for more info, find the theif at G-6 in the tower. Show the item you got from Miene as proof to obtain the stolen item then return it to Altiret. To find the lost documents, go to West Ronfaure and examine the ??? at: G-9, G-10 (by the lake) or F-11. Then return the documents to Gulemont. Reward 560 Gil
