You receive the quest from Dehn Harzhapan. When you enter Garlaige Citadel, Wanzo-Unzozo will appear
just standing there. You have 30 min real time to walk him through. Once you talk to him, he starts
running his course. He attacks everything in his path. If he dies, you have to start over, just zone out at
the beginning and zone in. At any point you need to stop, talk to him. Talk to him again to start moving.
Once you let him run his course, quest completed.

Get Star Spinel from Spelunking Sabotender (Lv62-68).
